i heard from a friend (who might have lied) that there is a way to get a twilit sword from the arbiters grounds boss, which i'm not sure i believe him.
if anyone has information on this, please post about it.

Yeah, that's bogus. There's only two swords in TP (excluding the Wooden Sword, but that doesn't count.)
